Refund Policy

When and how we refund credits, subscriptions and storage goods.

1. Digital credits

Unused board credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to save or export a board, that credit is non-refundable because the digital export has been delivered.

2. Subscription

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid month remains active until its end. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not exported any boards in that period, we will refund that first payment.

3. Storage goods

Ordinary storage goods may be returned under the Shipping & Returns terms. Unused goods in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@pinstripedist.shop with your order reference and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days and to process approved refunds within 14 days, to the original payment method.

5. Payment status

Online checkout is not yet connected (payment provider pending). Where an order has been arranged by email, refunds are made by the same route used for payment.
